This Refund Policy applies to the $49.99 consultation fee charged by MyBookTrip.shop, operated by Universal Tickets LLC.
Important: This policy covers only the $49.99 consultancy service fee charged
by MyBookTrip.shop. We are an independent third-party consultancy and are not
responsible for refunds from any airline, train operator, or travel carrier. For travel ticket
refunds, contact your carrier directly.
1. Our Fee Structure
We charge a flat fee of $49.99 per consultation session. This fee:
- Is communicated to you before any charge is applied
- Covers the time and expertise of our travel consultants
- Is separate from any carrier fees or travel costs
- Will not be applied without your explicit consent
2. When You Are Eligible for a Full Refund ($49.99)
- Service Not Delivered: You paid but we could not connect you with a consultant due to our technical failure โ full $49.99 refund
- Duplicate Charge: You were charged more than once for the same session โ full refund of duplicate charge
- Cancellation Within 24 Hours: You cancel within 24 hours of payment and before any consultation has commenced โ full $49.99 refund
- Service Materially Different: The consultation was materially different from what was described โ full $49.99 refund
3. When Refunds Are Not Applicable
The $49.99 fee is non-refundable when:
- A consultation session was completed (regardless of carrier outcome)
- You are dissatisfied with your travel carrier's decision (beyond our control)
- You provided inaccurate information affecting the consultation
- You voluntarily ended the session before completion
- More than 7 days have passed since the charge
4. How to Request a Refund

- Your full name and contact number used
- Date of the consultation session
- Reason for the refund request
- Any transaction or reference number
5. Refund Processing Timeline
- Review period: 5โ7 business days from request submission
- Approval notification: Via email within 7 business days
- Refund credit: 5โ10 business days after approval (to original payment method)
- Total estimated time: 10โ17 business days from request to credit
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We resolve all legitimate refund requests promptly and fairly.
7. Escalation & External Dispute Resolution
If unsatisfied with our refund decision:

- Step 2: Contact your state's consumer protection office
- Step 3: File a complaint with the FTC at ftc.gov/complaint
