MyBookTrip.shop charges a consultancy service fee for providing expert travel advice, guidance, and problem-resolution assistance. This fee:
- Will be clearly communicated to you before any charge is applied.
- Covers the time and expertise of our travel consultants.
- Is separate from and independent of any costs, fees, or refunds associated with your actual travel booking or carrier.
- Varies based on the complexity and duration of the consultancy session.
2. When You Are Eligible for a Refund of Our Fee
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund of our consultancy fee in the following circumstances:
- Service Not Delivered: If you paid a fee but we were unable to connect you with a consultant or provide any consultancy service due to our technical failure or error.
- Duplicate Charge: If you were charged more than once for the same consultancy session due to a billing error.
- Cancellation Within Cooling-Off Period: If you cancel your request within 24 hours of payment and before any consultancy session has commenced.
- Significant Departure from Described Services: If the consultancy service provided was materially different from what was described to you prior to payment.
3. When Refunds Are Not Applicable
Our consultancy fee is generally non-refundable in the following situations:
- A consultancy session was completed, regardless of whether the outcome with your travel carrier was successful.
- You are dissatisfied with the decision made by your travel carrier โ the carrier's decisions are beyond our control.
- You provided inaccurate or incomplete information that affected the consultancy outcome.
- You voluntarily ended the consultancy session before it was completed.
- More than 7 days have passed since the consultancy fee was charged.
- The refund request is based solely on your dissatisfaction with the outcome from the travel carrier, which is unrelated to our consultancy performance.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund of our consultancy fee, please contact us within 7 days of the consultancy session:

We will review your refund request within 5โ7 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used. Please allow an additional 5โ10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any billing disputes before initiating a chargeback with their bank or card provider. Unwarranted chargebacks that do not comply with this Refund Policy may result in the suspension of access to our services.
