These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of mybooktrip.shop and the travel consultancy services offered by MyBookTrip.shop, operated by Universal Tickets LLC ("we," "us," "our," or "Company"). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Nature of Our Services โ Critical Disclosure
Our services consist solely of providing travel-related advice, guidance, and consultancy assistance. We:
- Do NOT directly sell travel tickets of any kind.
- Do NOT make bookings on your behalf with carriers.
- Do NOT guarantee any specific outcomes from travel carriers.
- Do NOT have authority to issue refunds or take action on behalf of any carrier.
- Charge a consultation fee of $49.99 per session for our advisory services.
Your travel carrier may offer free official customer support. We recommend contacting your carrier directly before engaging our paid services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Service Delivery
Our consultancy service is delivered as follows:
- Method: Primarily via live phone consultation. Email support is available for non-urgent matters.
- Commencement: Service begins immediately upon phone connection with our consultant.
- Duration: Each session typically lasts 15โ45 minutes depending on complexity.
- Deliverable: Expert verbal guidance during the call. Follow-up information may be sent via email upon request.
- Availability: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by phone.
4. Service Fees & Payment
MyBookTrip.shop is a paid consultancy service:
- Consultation fee: $49.99 per session (flat rate).
- All fees are disclosed to you before any charge is applied.
- You will not be charged without your explicit verbal or written consent.
- Our fees cover the time and expertise of our travel consultants.
- Our fees are separate from and independent of any costs charged by your travel carrier.
- Payment is processed via secure payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
All fees are subject to our Refund Policy.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel our services under the following terms:
- Before consultation begins: Full refund of $49.99 if you cancel before connecting with a consultant.
- Within 24 hours of payment: Full refund if consultation has not yet commenced (cooling-off period).
- After consultation: Our fee is generally non-refundable once the consultation session has been delivered. See our Refund Policy for exceptions.
- How to cancel: Email support@mybooktrip.shop with subject "Cancellation Request" or call +1 888 890-7165.
- Processing time: Cancellation requests are processed within 1โ2 business days.
6. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information about your travel situation.
- Not misrepresent your identity or circumstances.
- Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- Not engage in abusive or harassing behavior toward our staff.
- Acknowledge that you understand we are an independent third-party consultancy.
7. No Guarantee of Results
MyBookTrip.shop makes no warranty or guarantee that our consultancy will result in a refund, ticket change, rebooking, or any specific outcome with any travel carrier. Outcomes are at the sole discretion of the relevant travel carrier. We provide advice and guidance only.
8. Grievance Redressal
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding our services:
- Level 1 โ Customer Support: Email support@mybooktrip.shop. Response within 24โ48 hours.
- Level 2 โ Grievance Officer: Contact Mr. David Thompson at grievance@mybooktrip.shop. Acknowledgment within 2 business days, resolution within 7โ10 business days.
- Level 3 โ External: Contact your state's consumer protection office or the FTC at ftc.gov/complaint.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website is the property of Universal Tickets LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute without our prior written consent.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Universal Tickets LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the $49.99 fee you paid for the specific consultation giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Universal Tickets LLC from any claims arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ocean County, New Jersey.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
